Account Registration, Verification & Security

To open an account with v2131, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and an email address. Each person may only register one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and all associated accounts will be closed if detected. Transferring or selling your account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

After registration, v2131 may verify your identity through a KYC process. This may require you to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete, and KYC becomes mandatory once deposits reach a specified threshold.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Such conduct may not only result in account termination but also be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

V2131 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged inactivity. Users will be notified at their registered email address in the event of account closure. Any eligible withdrawal balance in a closed account may be returned following verification.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee, deducted monthly from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity, the account will be considered closed. To reactivate your account, Help Centre contact us.

These terms may be updated at any time. Revised terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Any dispute between v2131 and a user will first be referred to resolution through negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the matter, mediation or arbitration proceedings in Bangladesh will be followed.
